"These Balance Devs" did because Aces killed everyone, and now the Aces, keep killing everyone but takes them 1 second more ... easy as that ... xD, no seriously, they just wanted to bring fresh air to the game, but while nice effects are added, some designs and how work something still is missing (Aka Capital Flaks are a joke now) before i saw a barrier of tiny high number of explotions, now they can't even aim well (they go other place than where i am aiming, and don't work as expected, as you have a small range where they are usables, before they had detonation fuse on proximity, that if you ask me, that was better.

But things hardly come back as they were ... just adapt and that is all, as people tell, the railguns are like mini-mini-razors ... not as efficent, not as lethal, but at least ... usable.

New data can be added, new ships can be added, so many new things can be added. But why are the loved and beautiful ones changed? As a result, everyone had access to these weapons. When I first started, I died completely and looked at the weapon arrays of those who killed me. I chose the one that suited me best and then I started killing too. Success does not come without effort.

Remember that time in FP7 when I lent you some credits? Man, this is crazy but hear me out, this dude came to me asking what was that shinny gun, so we went to get some drinks, he said something about testing the gun on some weird planet, can you believe that? Me neither... So, the thing is I have no idea where your mini razor can be. Hope this helps.
