Lewisville Penitentiary Bulletin
California System

Lewisville Penitentiary is one of the newest installations brought up by the LPI. With the loss of Attica Supermax a few years prior, the LPI found itself out of space to hold the increasing number of prisoners cropping up within its borders. With the Zoners of Pennsylvania and the increase in criminal activity around the California, and now lawless Ontario, the LPI had to start looking at constructing a new prison. One that could alleviate the growing pressure.

Commissioned in early 834 A.S by Marshall Oliver Burns and Chief Logistics Officer Michael Olivander, the basic structure and supports were constructed. In the months after daily shipments of supplies and prisoners began flowing into the docks of Lewisville. Thus, cementing its place as one of the many LPI prison stations found within Liberty. In a bold move, Burns appointed Chris Garnet, known for his harsh critique of the Navy and various rumors of underhand deals while an Officer, as Chief Warden of the station mid 834 A.S. He is currently serving as its Warden. Many skeptics question Burns decision to appoint an Officer with such questionable reputation to Warden, but Burns has assured everyone it was the right call. Only time will tell.

Currently, the station has a fully functional prison and manufacturing plant and has plans to increase its capacity in the near future.

Personal numbers are as follows:

Officers/Guards: 767
Bounty Hunters: 32
Current Inmates: 1358 (Numbers may vary)

Docking is restricted for all outside of members of the Liberty Police, Liberty Navy, and Security Forces. If you wish to conduct business on the station please contact the current Warden for more information. Any news or updates about the station will be listed below.

//ooc: Just wanted to say if you do want to do anything with the station please contact the Liberty Police directly in the comm channel rather than in this pob thread. I just made it more as a way to document things on the station or rp about the station than a comm channel link. Thanks.

All Guards and Officers aboard the station please be aware of the following information:

Recently with the dealings with the LSF regarding the Ontario system, our station will be recieveing a number of new inmates over the next few weeks. Because of the sudden influx of new inmates there will be some shifts in cell blocks. Specifically:
  • Cell Block C
  • Cell Block D
  • Cell Block M
As for the sudden change, Xeno prisoners in the past have created problems when interacting with other prisoners, specifically Rogues and Outcasts. To prevent an incident, the cell blocks above will be reorganized to house priority Xeno prisoners. All other prisoners will be relocated to other cell blocks.

Incoming prisoners:
  • 229 Xeno Prisoners
  • 36 Rogue Prisoners
  • 21 Smugglers and assorted criminals
Current Inmates adjusted for inbound:
1358 -> 1644

Docking rights for Deep Space Engineering vessels has also been granted following the recent agreement. With the fulfillment of the agreement, we have continued to allow DSE vessels to dock should you happen to see any approaching the station.

If you have any questions please speak to your immediate supervisor.
