Suspected Arson in Lingen Leaves Multiple Casualties

Lingen: A devastating fire broke out in the rural regions of Lingen last evening, resulting in multiple casualties. Three houses were touched by the uncontrolled arson. Authorities have confirmed the following victims: - Karl Schneider, 30 years old, employee for Daumann Heavy Industries - Astrid Weber, 25 years old, young married - Harnold Hoffmann, 28 years old, young married with Astrid Weber and employee for Daumann Heavy Industries - One individual remains unaccounted for Local residents have expressed shock and grief over the incident: Karla Koch: "It's a tragedy. I never imagined something like this happening here." Josh Schäfer: "I saw the fire start at the home of Lea Kaufman. I hope she didn’t suffer much… She was always kind, even if she was rarely home." Karl Bauer: "I don’t know the full details, but it’s a terrible loss." Rebecca Becker: "I was close friends with the homeowner. Seeing this happen is heartbreaking. I just hope she wasn’t involved in anything illegal…" The Kaiserreichspolizei Rheinland has launched an investigation into the cause of the fire. Inspector Ackermann provided the following statement: Inspector Ackermann: "We are lacking of information about the event that occured. However, what the firemen provided us is that the fire started in the house belonging to a certain Ms.Kaufman and by the damages caused by the arson, it is clear that the firefighters were notified in late, resulting to a tragedy. Our units are actively investigating, and we urge anyone with information to come forward and contact the Kaiserreichspolizei Rheinland."
