I'll paste the ouctast id first

This Independent Unlawful ID is used by Outcasts, who:
- Can attack any ship carrying Artifacts, Stabiline or Nox.
- Can attack any HOSTILE ship in Omicron Alpha
Within Zone of Influence (Bretonia, Kusari, Liberty, Omicrons, Sigmas, Taus, Coronado, Cortez, Galileo, Inverness, Kepler, Languedoc, Magellan, Ontario):
- Can attack combat ships.
- Can engage in piracy.
Mining Bonuses: Niobium (3x), Xeno Relics (3x)

LORE Nomad
"Perhaps the strangest relationship that exists on Sirius is between the Nomads and the Outcasts. Both groups
have been exposed to each other for hundreds of years. Despite fears of the alien species,
neither group has ever openly hostile towards the other. Over time, the Exiles have created elaborate myths
of their extraordinary neighbors, calling them the Great Spirits. Deep within the Siniestre cloud,
a traveler could find a ritual cemetery for the battle-slain Exiles. In the center is
an opening leading to a majestic and extraordinary system far beyond the one the Nomads
are very protective of. It is theorized that because the Exiles use Cardamine, they do not arouse hostility from the outsiders, who also use the same substance in liquid and grass forms.
After the events of 801 AS, the Nomads were not seen much in the area, and the Outcasts believed that
the Spirits had abandoned them. Rumors began to spread. The bravest tried to solve the mystery and
see what lay beyond the Nomad world, the system now known as Omicron 90. However,
they never returned, only fueling the rumors. In 804 AS, the Nomads suddenly reappeared in the area. The Outcasts took this as a mystical sign to act, increasing their activity and influence throughout Sirius. At first their numbers were small, but as time passed, the Nomads appeared there
more often than ever before."

"Cardamine
Cardamine is a grass grown specifically for nomads by the Daam K'vosh. There are only two planets in all of Sirius where Cardamine is successfully grown: Planet Malta and Planet Soledad. The blades of grass
are tall, thin, orange, and unfit for human consumption.
its native form, but are for nomads. The Outcats have spent years studying, researching, and
finally devising certain processes that turn the inedible grass into an orange inhalable gas or liquid
for consumption. The effects of this processed Cardamine include an extended lifespan, greater strength, and
additional sensory enhancements than normal humans, at the cost of permanent DNA changes that
result in a lifelong addiction to Cardamine and greatly reduced reproduction. The question remains
whether Outcats can have offspring at all. It has been suggested that Cardamine helps
Nomads sense the Outcasts as different from other humans. There seems to be a curiosity
on the part of the Nomads about these "human-like creatures" that
"smell" like the grass that the Nomads eat.
The effects of Cardamine on Nomads are similar to those on humans, with one difference: Cardamine is
non-addictive and is purely beneficial to the Nomads. The grass form increases energy storage,
flow capacity, photosynthetic processes, and body system functions in the Nomads, while the processed form does the same, only slightly less effectively on the Nomads."

And I would like to ask how this situation actually looks in Lore? Outcasts have Nomads in red but Nomads have Outcasts in white.Because of that I was destroyed by outcasts players because I was in red and the ID allowed them to do so

You died to this line.

Current individuals in control hate that this ever existed and are working impressively and inspiringly hard to delete it all. You can just ignore this now, there's only a rare few who do this anymore. I'll be putting in a request to update rephacks after one last story beat wraps up.

I'll do something about my superiority complex when I cease to be superior.

Take a chill pill and stop killing transports /1 /2 - death. I saw your post, before you edited it and i know what you're doing. You went to Alpha, then tried to engage a Zoner whale, when he docked, you proceed to shoot his PoB. What do you expect to happen, when you are bother peaceful miners and transports?

- Be a correct player, grow a pair.

The best way to describe the relationship between Outcasts and Nomads is “maximum caution”. Neither side likes uninvited guests, and they cannot fully trust one another - though there is a tiny minority of Outcasts who worship the Nomads to a limited extent. Under no circumstances can they be called friends or allies; rather, they likely avoid provoking one another and refrain from crossing certain unspoken boundaries.

Currently, Nomads do not venture beyond the Zonas Sagradas in Omicron Alpha, and Outcasts have no reason to enter Omicron Psi/Iota/Major.

I edited the post because I didn't know then that outcasts have nomads in red and not like nomads in white outcasts. So the previous post was simply denigrating .I didn't shoot at PoB and I didn't intend to kill the zoner when he docked at that base. And back to your point about not killing transports. I also play a transport and Nomads also destroyed me because id allows them to do so. As a nomad, he attacks not only transports but also warships.I wanted to know what the roleplay situation is like between these two factions and I got my answer.

That sheds a lot of light on the matter. Thanks for your reply.

Thanks for the answer, I didn't know that
