A la Order comandantes, I seek answers on behalf of the Deterrence Conclave about a recent situation that I got a report on.

Let me be brief: A not-so small Deterrence task force was on patrol in the Omicrons and as it arrived in Omicron Delta, it encountered a grande brawl between an Order fleet, comprised of Eclipse Vanguard and Hades Brigade pilots, The Core, Nomads and the Noth group. From that brawl, one third of the task force has returned to Corsair space, with escape pods both Corsair and Order in the cargo holds of the bigger warships.
While the wounded are recovering in the infirmaries of Med Force, The Deterrence wants to ask you for further details on what happened there. Deterrence vanguards have confirmed that our forces did not engage one another in the brawl, so it is even more puzzling how the Nomads or even the Core could pull such a stunt. And why does a group of pirates like Noth get involved in such a fight?

Apologies for the timely reply.

Our Admiral and First in Command has taken a leave of absence on urgent matters.
My ship was destroyed during the battle in Omicron Delta.
The Battle that you request more input and information on.
Luckily I could escape the warzone in a life pod,
that ended up at Freeport 11, from where hitched a ride
with some of our Zoner allies back to Omicron Mu.

New ship is in the process of being built,
my office desk is a total mess with incoming messages,
new recruit requests, which I have passed on to Captain Adam Viking.
Docking bay delivery notes and requests,
Weapons Factory orders and stock levels to replenish
and finally got to your message.
Just another day in the Omicrons.

I was out on routine patrol in my Recon Cruiser in Omicron Mu
and have just completed my patrol pattern, I was about to call it a night.
Was looking forward in taking a good night's rest after a long day.
When suddenly I received an assistance request from 34th|Menhit of The Order Hades group.
Apparently, there was a Freelancer group known as NOTH moving through restricted space
in The Omicrons which were under The Order Overwatch surveillance,
for suspicious movement patterns in the Omicrons,
close to Wild and known Nomad Areas of operations,
as well as known enemy flight paths.

The 34th|Menhit requested that we Ronda Vough close to Omicron Kappa Jump Hole,
as intel from the 34th| Member suggested they would pass through that way.
Other E\V/ Patrols also Ronda Vough'd to the same position
as they also have been summoned to assist individually.

I just arrived at the Ronda Vough point,
when the Freelancer Noth Group in Question were picked up by our ship's scanners.
They were requested to cut their engines for routine inspections and questioning,
several times they were requested to cut their engines and refused to comply.

Then out of the blue,
I saw a nomad life form,
Which appeared to be flying in formation with the Freelancer Group Noth.
It started rambling weird words over open communication channels,
which either indicated to nomad or infected speech.

After hearing this we were under the impression these old ones were with hostile intent,
on the move to intercept one of The Imperium Fleet Wings.

After 34th|Menhit requested the suspect Freelancer Noth vessels cut their engines.
He was met with headstrong refusal from the Noth group to comply to Order requests to cut their engines
Questioning the Noth group came with no answers or willingness to comply.
The formed Order fleet opened fire on the group which were also escorted by a nomad life form.

During this battle a fleet of DTR ships arrived and started attacking the nomad lifeform.

Core showed up and their attentions were clear
that they were trying to protect the Freelancer Noth group that were
making plans to attack the Corsair fleet,
we tried to explain to the Core group that these Freelancers were under suspicion of
nomad and unknown activities and refused to comply with demands
and that they came flying in with a nomad life form.

The next moment the Core group started opening fire on The Order group and allied vessels.

A zoner militant appeared suddenly and started attacking the Corsair group.
And a few minutes later.......
I could not even keep track who else jumped in,
it was a Glorios show of laser fire, mines, missiles, torpedo's and mortar fire,
big ball of mess flying in all directions
and barely shooting passed allied ships to hit enemy craft.

I myself focused my fire on a Noth Gunboat with the callsign Noth 25.
He was hammering our Order pilots hard.
The 34th|Minhet pilot fell first from the Order group,
after it would appear Tar'kau was shot down by Noth and the nomad life form Rym'ka.

Upon which the Nomad Life Form apologized in shooting him, very confusing.
Again the whole fight was chaotic, and conclusions were derived
after studying my ships black box data retrieval,
of which were in spots some of the data were corrupted,
possibly damaged while my ship was going up in flames.

After the most of the Noth group were taken down
more Core Heavy Fighters and Bombers arrived
and started attacking all remainder ships.

Our Anti light craft weaponry was by any standard were no match
for the grouped fighter craft and had a very Dis factory effect
on the battle's outcome.

As expected, the opportunist Core plays a part in this major engagements, appearing after Noth strikes at your fleets. They must have seen the engagement, because it happened close to Nauru. While the fight was happening, the Deterrence task fleet, which was supposed to be deployed elsewhere, made the unannounced decision to move into Omicron Delta, as they had received a signal from Corsairos that operate in the system that comms chatter had surged.

We're no strangers to the different groups that wish the demise of the Imperio. They will use every opportunity to work together against us. The capitano of the Eclipse Vanguard said that Noth, together with the Core and the zoner militant, attacked the Deterrence Fleet. We do not believe the Noths to be infected, as senor Helson implies, It is more likely they're being paid to cause trouble in the system. Whatever the case is, these vermin shall meet their muerte eventually. We know they protect what little they have in the Tokelau Ice Cloud, and we are aware of what kind of ships they wield. But enough of that, It is time to talk about the recovered pilots and crew. Most of them have recovered and are about to be discharged from the infirmaries. OMICRON MU PATROL MISSION

On the day of 23/06/835 I have flew out on a patrol mission.

Everything was nominal, until Omicron Minor jumphole was reached. As the patrol rules dictate, I have waited there for some time, and this led me to register a corsair battlecruiser, named "Ravenna's Mace" entering the system from the said jumphole.

Then, I have tried to conduct questioning, since their kind are not allowed in Minor, let alone Mu. Upon ordering this vessel to cut it's engines, it's captain answered with aggression, claiming the Omicron Mu will, quote, "Will get corsair space soon". Then I have recieved a threat and soon after - got fired at.

After a few minutes of slowing this craft down, an ███████ ███████ agent has shown up on the scene, and later we were joined by [REDACTED].

With such force, the "Ravenna's Mace" was eliminated and escape pods were retrieved.

Thus, my patrol came to an end, as I retuned to ██████ for repairs.

I share your frustration with the report you have given us. This renegade captain and his crew were due for prosecution under Corsair law. Such trials are natural and a consequence of ones actions against the interests of the Corsairos. However, they defied what was coming to them by fleeing to Omicron Delta. They've run far to reach your home system, that is certain, and It shows their desperation.

It is regrettable what you had to do. Ravenna's Mace was powerful, battle hardened vessel that had to fall by your pilots. It would've been ideal to preserve the hull, so recovery can be easier, but you did what was necessary. For that, we do not questions your actions.

As for the escape pods, Los traidores have only one thing left for them. Throw them out of the airlocks. They are of no use to anyone.
