I'm sure you remember me. Our first interaction started with that small deal we've made during the Siege on Freeport 9. Years later we get to reconnect and share our feats just above Malta's vast Cardamine fields. I... forget how the plant is actually called. Maybe it really is called just that, and nothing else too complicated. I'll look it up in a book later.
Reintroductions aside, I believe we left an interesting topic to hang up in the air for quite some time now. So much so it started to turn into something similar to a raisin. So let's fix that, yes? We talked money, military prowess...advancements beyond normal means. So now I dare you to humor me with an answer to my question. How much is all this worth to you? We're not talking only credits here, by the way.
If you still want to press the prospect of a strengthened Maltese Nation, you should get back to me with an answer rather soon. I'm beginning to overstay my welcome on Malta and making an enemy out of Signora de Marco is not on my to-do list. Not until I find a different sponsor with the influence to match.
There is only so much patience that I have with hypocritical douchebags, Signor Chenzo. And when I walk the streets of Malta I see just that, especially at the sight of Fiorella's so called 'palace'. Call my methods a bit barbaric, but I wouldn't mind seeing that monument of greed combust in a giant fireball. Whatever... urges. I can hold those off.
A few months ago you were interested in buying my tech. Or at least, my services in making your own. Back then I was shying from the notion. I can't sell my wares, if I myself don't have certainty that they work, right? Right. Now I can after one small breakthrough I've made for the cooling system, which, hypothetically, is supposed to prevent the constant 10.5% chance of self-immolation in case of overworking the guns and (or) secondary power grid. All I need to know is if you're in or out.
There are many who exist; if they were worth even a tenth of their self-worth then they might mean something. I do my best to educate them; its like teaching pork.
In short, I'm in.
Can we arrange for a demonstration which doesn't harm Maltese soil or assets?
Closest thing I can give you is a demonstration to how my own gear has improved since we last talked. If you want something bigger - say, a Gunboat turret or higher - we'll have to get our hands on some samples. I heard The Wild has these ugly Turduckens they call a 'Scorpion' - it ought to do for the basis of creating something better.
Or you can settle for the kind of guns I use. Works for me either way.
