I have been made aware of the unfortunate circumstance that your so-called reclamation platform is a sight for sore eyes and a general nuisance. You have ignored attempts to secure any good-faith honest-word agreements for several months. In fact, you have probably posted another quarterly earnings report in the meantime, as it's been THAT long, yes. I have also been made aware that no payments neither were nor will be made, and you are hell-bent on continuing your well-known corporate stalling tactics. What a cliche. For the avoidance of doubt, I am going to put it in a legalese corpo lingo you might understand. And if not that, I'll finish up with a form that should be crystal clear as long as you have a few brain cells remaining.

Therefore, I have been tasked to serve you this

EVICTION NOTICE

Because your unpaid debts have incurred surcharges, late fees and compounding interest, a debt collection agency will be executing a foreclosure of your property. You have 24 hours to remove any remaining toxic waste and evacuate the installation.

You have also been found guilty of willful negligence on three counts:

1. Not responding to diplomatic communication.
2. Causing a navigational hazard due to general non-disclosure of required information and not adhering to generally accepted standards of hazard and navigational buoy placement. This resulted in several accidents, including but not limited to, accidents involving minors.
3. Not performing maintenance of your installation, leaving it in a dilapidated state, further exacerbating the threat of public endangerment with a chance of becoming a MAJOR navigational hazard.
