Launcher problem when patching.

No error code or crashing, but every time there's an update the launcher sits & spins
on "contacting patch server" without advancing.
A full re-install of everything fixes it, but I'm not understanding why this occurs.

Is this a known issue, or am I just special? :o)

whenever that happens, use a VPN to bypass any routing problems. Works wonders for me - and no need to reinstall.
