I have been informed by a member of your organization that you are the person to contact in regards to establishing a dialogue, and reach out to you at this time to do so. I understand that you probably didn't expect to from my own organization in any capacity, but we are always seeking out more information, and we believe that Bristol is in a perfect position to do so. I also understand that you more than likely appreciate someone that simply cuts to the chase, so I'll simply ask what I will of you without any obfuscation.
First and foremost, Gallic National Intelligence is always seeking out sources, or people that can act on our behalf to make contact with sources we already have. This is primarily what we're looking for from you. We wish to hear from the common people in Libertonian space, as what little information that does reach us out of the houses through more normal means is very often obscured with the propaganda that governments use to support their goals. To this end, we would like to make the occasional visit to stations under your control, primarily to make contact with other sources that we already have in Libertonian space.
The other reason I have contacted you is to inquire as to the availability of procuring one of the new Bulwark-class vessels that have recently been put into production by your group. We've seen several of these vessels operating in the Taus, and believe they would serve us well when we need to transport resources that originate from far outside of Gallic space.
I understand that you probably have questions for me, or expectations of what Gallic National Intelligence could do for you in return. Please feel free to ask what you will of mme, and I'll answer you as fully as I'm able.

I will say, it is something of an unusual event when an organization such as the Gallic National Intelligence reaches out. Thank you for doing so instead of the expected course of events that follow on first discovery by agents of the Liberty Security Force or the Kusari Office of Intelligence; such things are, more or less, annoying for my office to handle, and your direct nature is appreciated.
Before assessments of your desire to have ‘sources of information’ can be made, however, I would ask what precisely the Gallic National Intelligence agency is interested in gaining. Bristol is not in the habit of risking its personnel, either directly or through antagonization of major political organizations throughout the Houses. I would assess working with your agency to be a potential risk factor in this.
In regards to the acquisition of one Bulwark class Heavy Explorer, I regret to inform you that Bristol Constructions & Manufacturing cannot at this time make that transfer to Gallic National Intelligence control.

I completely understand not being able to allow us access to a Bulwark-class ship, think nothing of it. As for what exactly we're looking for from you and your people, we do not ask for much. Firstly we ask you pass along any news-worthy information that you come across, particularly in relation to politics happening in Liberty and Kusari, while we have access to these news articles we would appreciate the opinions of the locals in regards to these stories. The only other request we would have of you is for us to use your stations, particularly Bristol Bay in Bering, as a neutral meeting ground for assets we already have in Liberty and their handlers. These handlers can identify themselves to station administrators upon their arrival if you wish, and they move discreetly, so shouldn't draw undue attention to your organization.

Good afternoon,
I’m sure it would be not too great an issue for Bristol to provide some degree of information to your service from time to time on the most notable events in Liberty and elsewhere. To what degree this might cover, however, I can provide no guarantee. Some portions of House space are easier to access than others, after all, and by this company’s nature we are normally predisposed to operate in more economically viable systems. But I can say that I would find little issue in passing on certain portions of information.
As to your organization making use of Bristol’s stations as neutral ground, I would agree on certain grounds. Firstly, your agents should make themselves known to station administrators, as well as stating their length of stay, and that information will be kept completely confidentially within the administration of the station. Secondly, should any incidents occur between your agents and the party they are meeting, both will be thrown onto their ships and ordered to disembark immediately, regardless of which side broke faith.
And for what Bristol will receive in return for these services, I can ask for nothing immediately but…I’m sure that something may come up in the future with which the company might ask for GNI’s assistance. I would think this is acceptable.
