Greetings,

In recent weeks, we’ve seen an influx of promising new recruits whose contributions have already left a strong impression. This has brought to light a missing piece within our structure—a formal framework for recognizing excellence and enabling progression.

To that end, we are proud to introduce the following commendation categories, each tied to a specific area of service or achievement within the Phoenix organization:

✦ Order of the Phoenix
Awarded only in exceptional cases for truly outstanding service or bravery beyond duty.
(Reward: Zeta 5,000,000 SC, Delta 3.000.000 SC and Kappa 2.000.000 SC)

✦ Trireme's sails
Given to those who have shown dedication to internal logistics and contributed meaningfully to Phoenix development projects.
(Reward: Zeta 1,000,000 SC, Delta 750.000 SC and Kappa 500.000 SC)

✦ Cross of the phalanx
Conferred upon individuals who have displayed valor in combat, placing themselves in harm’s way to defend others or inflict decisive blows upon our enemies.
(Reward: Zeta 2,000,000 SC, Delta 1.000.000 SC and Kappa 500.000 SC)

✦ Wings of Hermes
Awarded to members who have successfully established partnerships or fostered diplomatic breakthroughs with external factions.
(Reward: Zeta 3,000,000 SC, Delta 2.000.000 SC and Kappa 1.000.000 SC)

✦ Order of the muses
Presented to those who have expanded the field of Zoner technological understanding through research or development.
(Reward: Zeta 3,000,000 SC, Delta 2.000.000 SC and Kappa 1.000.000 SC)

✦ Prodromos star
Bestowed upon explorers who chart previously unvisited systems or uncover significant stellar phenomena.
(Reward: Zeta 3,000,000 SC, Delta 2.000.000 SC and Kappa 1.000.000 SC)

In addition to commendations, those who consistently distinguish themselves may be offered leadership roles within our internal departments. These are not simply honorary positions—they grant real responsibility and influence over the future direction of Phoenix. Available departments include:



Outer Affairs department – Manages relations with other factions and foreign governments. Internally it is responsible for managing docking and section access to Kadesh Orbital Colony and its homeships. In addition, the department also speaks and manages the Phoenix community on behalf of the ruling leader in it time its absence.




Trade and Contracts department - Least affected by the governing reform, the department is led by an appointee who handle trade contracts with others and manages it trade fleet. Consists mostly of civilian pilots and the crew, Phoenix traders can be found all Sirius. The group trades in benefit of the community, allies and partners to fuel Phoenix operations and its projects.




Construction and Development department – Once operated from Livadia shipyard building ship and station segments for the Omicrons, the department is now it’s a fraction of its former size. Nowadays its responsible for maintaining & repairing homeships and the rest flotilla in open space. It is also responsible for the construction works on Kadesh Orbital Colony, with the hopes of regaining lost technologies since the radiation flooding of Phoenix Spaceport in Omicron Zeta. Furthermore, the department currently occupies one of Kadesh’s hangar bay to produce Borderworld ship and equipment technology. The goal is to fulfil community needs for basic gear and be independent from external supplies.




Research and Exploration department – Responsible for observing Nomad activities in Omicron Sigma, it group works closely with the Security department and informs of any alien sightings in the vicinity. The department is also currently working on the planet’s stratosphere and surveying the land for suitable settlement; preforming crucial work for the community onboard and securing Phoenix’s plans for future expansion.

The following individual is officially recognized for outstanding service to Phoenix:

• 05/835 – Pilot Lisa Marie Schulz aboard the (\^/)Amida
  Awarded a rare double commendation:
  • Trireme's sails, class Delta for her contributions to the Vega Project logistics
  • Cross of the phalanx, class Delta for successfully engaging and eliminating multiple Corsair capital vessels using her Longhorn-class ship
  

Let this be both an acknowledgment of past achievement and an invitation to all Phoenix members: your efforts matter, your skills are valued, and there is a path forward for those who serve with distinction.
