Good evening, my name is Agent Winter, I am the Officer-in-Charge of Section-41, a Special Operations Unit.

Today, at approximately 1300 Sirius Standard Time, I was in orbit of Planet Denver, doing standard counter-insurgent operations and random inspections of passing vessels when a Crayter Battlecruiser exited the New York gate trade lane and made a quick traversal to the Galileo gate. Our ship was no match to stop this vessel and they were in a hurry. One LNS-Apollo indicated to us that the vessel had informed them that they were transporting marines to the Taus.

This does not track. Coronado has easy access to the Taus via the Baffin corridor. The route they took through Liberty would take them through Kusari, another house outside of theirs. We believe this may have been a cover operation of some kind. I don't need to tell you that Capital-class vessels from outside of Liberty, regardless of their allied status, flying through our space is a concern--especially with tensions escalating between us and our neighbors on the other side of Galileo.

I wanted to ensure this information was shared and that you and your people were aware of this incident if this ship is spotted within Liberty space again. I hope this intel will benefit the Navy and the house of Liberty. Additionally, I felt that reaching out to the Crayter Government, as an intelligence agent, would be in poor taste which is the reason for me bringing this intel to you and yours instead.

Good evening to you, too. I'm Martin Kemp-Smith, Fleet Admiral and Commanding Officer of the Liberty Navy, Forty-sixth Fleet.

I share your concern regarding unathorized capital vessels navigating through our core systems. I'm not aware of any permission being given, nor requested, by the Crayter Government, or Admiralty. Have you tried to establish any communications with the vessel's Captain, since? If not, this might be a good place to start before making direct enquiries with their top-brass.

However, I'll notify the rest of the Fleet and if they discover the vessel on patrols, it will be detailed for further questioning. Any information will, of course, be relayed to the LSF.

Much like Admiral Kemp-Smith and the Forty Sixth, we've not been contacted by the Crayterians in any way, and have no idea what one of their warships would be doing in Libertonian space. This is indicative of a larger issue, as we've also had several sightings of a warship flying a Core transponder, and have escorted it out of Liberty once already. I'll be issuing orders to all First Fleet commands to detain the Ohka if it is encountered, so that the command staff can be questioned. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
