My name is Doctor Isabella Saito, and I am the Head of Psychology and Mental Health at MedForce Enterprises. I contacted you today to correct a failure on my part. I have patients all over Sirius, and some even in the Technocracy. Usually, I visit the Citadel once or twice a month to meet my Patients and to have Therapy sessions with them. If it is necessary, I sometimes visit the Station more often. I hope you understand that I can't tell you the names of my patients due to Doctor-Patient Confidentiality, but the Logs of your Dockmaster should prove my Visits. Sadly, I have failed to check the Local Rules and Laws, and neither my patients nor the Dockmaster has informed me about my Error. For this, I want to extend my deepest apologies to the Technocracy. MFE is a neutral organisation that only wants to help people and make sure they are healthy both in body and mind. For this, we usually follow all the Rules and Regulations of the people that we visit. That this didn't happen this time is a source of Great Shame and an embarrassment for me as the Leader of the MFE Psychology and Mental Health Department. I also want to be honest with you and admit that I wasn't the nicest Doctor today as I got called out of a Therapy Session and was asked to leave the station and the surrounding space. I deeply care for my Patients, and to leave them after such a short time did poison my Temper a bit. For that I want to extend my depest Appologies to the Pilot of the Vessle called A/)-Etna. I should have handled the situation with a cooler head and shouldn't have let my anger out on this Pilot. It was not the pilot's fault that I didn't do my Research on the Local Laws Properly and made this Mistake.
If the Technocracy can forgive my Failure, then I would like to apply for a Visitor License to the Valravyn Citadel to see my patients and make sure they get the medical care that they need. Should this not be possible, and my unintentional Actions have damaged the Relations too much already, then I would like to request talks about a different solution to not let my patients suffer for my mistakes. I could hold the Therapy Sessions here on Freeport 14 if the Technocracy could bring my Patients to me. Like this, I would stay way out of your territory, and my patients would receive the Help that they need. I want to extend my Deepest Apologies for the Mistakes I have made and hope to hear from you soon.
