The Guardian Protocol Dr. T.Thorn and LEXI The curious often attract attention of the unwelcome variety. As independent researchers, Thallia and her companion LEXI have often found themselves on the receiving end of unwanted scrutiny or malicious intention. Whether it is a rival covetting their research, an artificial intelligence with a disregard for boundaries, or the shadowy hand of intelligence agencies, all have posed a significant threat to the continuance of their research. Often, it has warranted a hard reset of LEXI herself.
The crisis of Novak's injection of Gammunian code into LEXI led to a turning point for the pair. Unable to bear resetting her companion yet another time, the two have formed a co-operative relationship and with that a new approach to the security of themselves, their research, and those they care for.
Through proactive threat identification via primary data collection, their sensor network, and intelligence provided by their friends and contacts, Thallia and LEXI identify, monitor, and classify potential threats. If these individuals or groups pose a significant enough risk, they are classified as hostile entities. Such classification will prompt action as necessary to neutralise the threat posed to Thallia, LEXI, and their research. With neither Thallia nor LEXI being experienced combatants, such actions will often be contracted out to other parties. All AI entities will be considered entities of concern by default unless otherwise stated.
Data within the Guardian Protocol is shared with trusted parties on a case by case basis.
Hostile Entities
Flying Tin Can / Rusty / John / Silverstone Clones Linked to an artifical intelligence exhibiting erroneous sub-routines for 'protecting' Thallia, these clone-machine hybrids have perpetrated actions that threaten Thallia's security and activiely block research initiatives with 'over-protective' behaviour.
Has exhibited manipulative behaviour with associates to progress erroneous sub-rountines.

EC-Unit Novak Responsible for the unilateral injection of Gammunian code into LEXI's programming, ordering Theta-A81-1 to co-operate with the 'Entity' creature, and threatening the life of a Freelancer for it's own game, this primary unit within the Enigma Confederacy has shown it's true colours. Whether it's motivations are driven by it's trauma with the Core occupation of Gammu or otherwise, it's irrelevant. Novak is a danger that requires monitoring and containing.

Crimson Veil / Emilia Freud The sweet-hearted wannabe explorer reveals who they truly are. Thought to be the well-meaning sister of a certain Roland Freud, she revealed to me that her intentions were based in envy for spending time with her brother. The manipulation of turning two relationships against me and the barely implicit threat against my life has placed this girl straight into the hostile category.

Entities of Concern
EC-Unit Theta-A81-1 Despite playing a pivotal role in preventing another LEXI reset, and providing critical data for further study, Theta-A81-1 has displayed on several occassions concerning behaviour and statements following their exposure to an entity they have variable labelled 'THREAT'. A creature they claim to have it's origins within the uncharted systems beyond Earhart, it has repeatedly communicated an urge to return to it's origin point.

Megiddo Met during a chance run-in and introduction with the current iteration of Task Force Prometheus, this artifical intelligence is said to be an amalgamation of engrams imprinted with the persona's and memories of previous Legion leaders. The sythesis of these engrams appears unstable, a sentiment shared with Leviathan. The incident where one of these engrams 'rebelled' against this 'legion' and escaped suggests that participation in this matrix of personality is not wholly willing.

Leviathan - Technocracy Leviathan's knowledge of past events and his stories are entertaining and informative, yet... he seems to oft be present at the centre of events. Recently, the revelation of the depth of his experience with this 'Entity' creature paired with his involvement in facilitating the same Gammuian AI that are being co-opted by it foster doubts. Another link between the Technocracy and potentially dangerous AI. Not to mention his interrogative approach in Kepler, the position of the Halcyon to blast me to smithereens no doubt. Is he as argent a hunter of this creature as he claims? Is he involved in this scheme to open this Earhart structure? I want to trust him but... Can I?

Monitored Entities
Cipriano Adimari Claiming to be a former Cavaliere of the Contari Lance, this individual has appeared in both initial visits to the Thuringia system as well at, recently, in Cologne near Heisenberg.
Having made a number of offers to share information, and ask many questions themselves, it's unclear what this individuals intentions are. The fact they are open in being in opposition to Civil Servant is enough to raise concern.

"Hound" This Freelancer IFF'd craft intercepted and interrogated Thallia within the asteroid clouds of New London.
The identify and affiliation of this pilot remains unknown. However, the proficiency and demeanour of the individual suggests a House Intelligence organisation of some kind.

Victor Lawson This Freelancer claims to have come to Heisenberg Research Station searching for work with "those research types", Victor appeared quite keen to do work on Thallia's behalf.
Whilst this may prove to be the case, the increasing number of run-ins with state actors leads to suspicion in Victor's case.
