Hi
I have been trying to take missions from Stuttgart,but when I get to the mission waypoint
there are no enemy ships and they dont appear...are missions working correctly?

This is a bug that exists within the base game as well as all mods. The cause is unknown, it just happens sometimes. It is automatically fixed with a server restart, but until that happens missions are broken for everyone on the server. There have been attempts to fix it, but we cannot reliably reproduce it which makes fixing it near impossible.
