Esteemed representatives,

I am Vice Admiral Maria Uhmen of the Liberty Navy Forty-Sixth Fleet, commanding officer of Task Force Akhetaten and Battlecruiser Akhetaten itself.

A series of events that have occurred lately not only within Liberty's space but also on the bordering independent systems have forced me into contacting the Government of Liberty and requesting full operational independency for the Akhetaten. The Department of Defense, seeing reason to my endeavors, approved of my request and the Akhetaten as well as Task Force Akhetaten have the Government's approval in receiving independency.

I also saw fit that Task Force Akhetaten is to be separated into two contingents so as to maintain a stronghold over Liberty while the Akhetaten is away in its operations. I have thus formed Task Group Akhetaten One and Task Group Akhetaten Two, referred to as TGA One and TGA Two respectively from now on.

TGA Two is the contingent that does not matter as per the purposes of this transmission.

TGA One is the contingent spearheaded by the LNS Akhetaten and escorted by various lighter assets of the task force. TGA One will focus on intelligence gathering and surgical strikes against known enemies of the Republic, and is under current time receiving orders by the Liberty Security Force. Senior Agent Excelsus, for this reason, has been granted full access to this channel.

TGA One's currently active area of operations is Coronado: Right Triangle, Echo-1 to Echo-4, Echo-4 to Hotel-4, Hotel-4 to Echo-1; Inverness, Full System; Ontario, Full System; Colorado, Full System; Galileo, Full System.

I am contacting you in order in order to assure the effectiveness of operations in Coronado by establishing a direct link between TGA One and Crayter's forces. With Sabah Shipyard being the closest shipyard that can service our assets, it should come as no surprise that I will require your support.

I will be at your disposal for any further questions. In the meantime, I will be preparing a detailed manifest list of all ships that will be expected to require Sabah Shipyard's services.

It was my understanding that with the returning of the LNS-Yellowstone to Liberty borders, the 46th would be closing its operations within Coronado. We will require a brief of TGA Ones intended operations within Crayter Republic borders as well as the Inverness system. The LSF made a mess of their last operation within Inverness and had to be dug out before the local inhabitants could escalate a response. I'd rather not have a repeat of that or even entering the system after the confirmation of the existence of a nomad hive and the appearance of these supposed "Wendigos". All human elements within Inverness can be assumed compromised. Including the Technocracy of Auxo and Freeport 14. It's better to set a picket surveillance and let them rot a little before you make any real move and drag us in under prepared again. Unless you plan on smashing everything in sight?

I am willing to approve of Sabah servicing your vessels but I will need that brief first. I'm sure Agent Excelsus can fill us in.

LNS Yellowstone, to my understanding, was placed in Coronado to ensure that piracy coming in and out of Liberty to and from the Tau systems through Coronado was monitored, aiding Crayter Republic in that regard. The Yellowstone was recalled from Coronado after the Presidential decision in order to further enforce LIBWESTCOM.

The Yellowstone's deployment into the system had, as far as I am aware, nothing to do with the aforementioned LSF operations and it most certainly has nothing to do with TGA One's planned operations in the area.

Regarding the matter of those past LSF operations, however, I am uncertain as to what degree I can help shed light on this. Naturally, as you may guess, I've not been debriefed on any operations the LSF has participated in in the past. Why such an offensive in Inverness would fail is not within my field to know, and perhaps Senior Agent Excelsus can indeed be of assistance in the matter.

Suffice it to say, we do not plan on "smashing" everything in sight. TGA One does not have the firepower to engage in full-out war, especially if the Inverness system is truly protected by a hive, as you suggest. Our role in the system is to gather intelligence and to surgically strike our targets with utmost precision and swiftness. Of course, that can change depending on how much firepower the Crayter Military can dedicate to this cause, but that is not the matter of this transmission.

At current time, our only concern should be to gather any and all intelligence we can on the locals.

Evening,

I'm not a diplomat, so you'll have to excuse me for not speaking diplomacy.

First, let's address the state of information so that we can all get on the same page. The listed goals for the Crayter Military for the operation in Inverness were a failure, yes. Very rarely does a plan survive first contact. Not all of LSF's listed goals were, though. The Tuscaloosa, Tallapoosa, and their assorted fighter squads have breached the Moray Ice Field minefield and have secured the low orbit of Planet Sudbury. The LSF has also confirmed the general nature of the Inverness hive, which should give you time to draft up countermeasures and battleplans, so that we don't "drag you in underprepared again".

As Vice Admiral Uhmen explained, the Akhetaten Task Group's purpose in the operation area is primarily information gathering, information suppression, and hostile force suppression. Residents in the area are listed as Suspected Nomad Controlled. This includes the Technocrats, the Freeport, and the Junker Shipyard. The only one of these three to not give us trouble is the Junkers, so I recommend keeping that status quo as much as possible. Those who work with the Nomads are the enemies of Liberty, so any targets causing problems can be fired upon at will. Task Force Akhetaten does, in fact, have the allowance to shoot everything that moves. As has also been stated, they simply haven't brought the firepower necessary to do so.

The secondary purpose of their presence is to secure an additional return line for the Tuscaloosa Battlegroup. The choices for extraction of the Tuscaloosa, after the Xenos attack on the California Jump Gate, are the California Jump Hole, the Colorado Jump Hole, and the Inverness Jump Hole. The Debris Seas near the Colorado Jump Hole are widely frequented by Lane Hackers. I remember the Spyglass, I'd rather not confront Lane Hacker elites while holding sensitive research data from Sudbury. Seems like a recipe for once again experiencing how everything is stronger in Liberty, even the criminals.

The California Jump Hole is usually swarmed by Xenos. TacOps lists two possible outcomes: If the Xeno Alliance is not compromised by aliens, then the Alliance at large, Alliance Commander Cobra, and Fort Ramsey are most likely gravely wounded in the popularity front. They threw a lot of bodies at that engagement at the Jump Gate, and buried most of them, too. Far more than just Fort Ramsey could deploy. It's one thing to die for your own people, it's another thing to die for someone else's. If the Xeno Alliance is compromised by aliens, their control over people supersedes the need for public relations. Either they have no hope of pulling the same thing off again, and we can easily breach the California Hole to return, or they could easily repeat these attacks until there's not a single Xeno left alive, and we run the risk of a repeat of the California Gate.

The Inverness Hole is a frequent battleground for Technocrats and Xenos. Slipping through unnoticed would be difficult, but breaking through two sides already worn down by combat isn't. TacOps predicts that in that event, Auxesia will deploy a wide variety of stolen heavy capital assets that they've amassed over the years to blockade the West Avlemore Nebula. This is where Task Force Akhetaten and the wider Liberty Navy and Crayter Republic's assistance comes in. The further we push that return line for the Tuscaloosa out from the West Avlemore Nebula, the better off we are. The listed threats will be the Zoners and Militants of Freeport 14 and the heavy assets they can deploy, the rogue Battlegroup Auxesia and the heavy assets they can deploy, the Xenos Alliance, and the constant threat of Nomad Jump-Drive ambushes and the heavy assets they can deploy.

On the topic of the hive in Inverness, Jump-Drives. We have confirmed that they conduct ambushes with Jump-Drives, which means any area nearby is considered under threat. That includes Coronado. If you haven't already, you should probably begin some extensive military expansions. Any and all points within the system are considered at risk for an ambush. I'm certain Universal Shipping and Interspace Commerce can provide you with what you need to step up your military production.

Last, but not least, in the meantime, I expect the Crayter Republic is maintaining a close eye on Jericho. Securing both Sudbury and Jericho can only make our two homes all that much safer. With not only the possibility of constant alien attack, but also Auxesia's notable desperation for alien technology and suspected alien subversion, the necessity of the Crayter Military to maintain rapid response teams fitted to handle particularly heavy assaults should not be taken lightly.

I appreciate the straight forward briefing Agent Excelsus. Your evaluation would be right on the money in regards to Auxesia deploying anything and everything they have at any threat that may wonder into their defense grid. Our past reports indicate they are in possession of an "Arbiter"-class dreadnaught and potentially harboring multiple heavy ex insurgency elements. The zoner militants of Freeport 14 on the other hand proved to be rag tag gangs of ruffians and bandits. They will be of minimal threat to your operation, but can be a thorn in your side should nomad influences corrupt them entirely.

TGA one has been cleared for servicing at Sabah. Cruiser force T will be assigned to Task Group Akhetaten One to assist in Coronado and Inverness. They helped the Tuscaloosa in it's previous operation in the independent worlds. Their experience in the area will prove inciteful for you. A picket force will be deployed to the sierra nebula to monitor any abnormalities that may arise. Once you are in Inverness we won't be able to extract you this time, you'll be on your own out there. Don't get lost.

The reaction of the locals is not only swift but also radical. The Akhetaten has already found itself against the Technocracy's forces once, during last week. We spotted an Insurgency Judicator-class cruiser under their flag, named the Halcyon. Soon after being alerted to our presence, the aforementioned Arbiter was sighted, and its on-board cloaking field disruption equipment forced us out of cloak. Soon afterwards, a Bustard-class carrier jumped in using on-board beacons on the vessels that were interdicting us. The Akhetaten's primary drive core ended up disabled from the engagement and we barely made it back to the Coronado jump hole.

I'll have all Task Group One warships routed to Sabah Shipyard in due time. We'll need all assistance we can get in this endeavor, and I will very happily welcome cruiser force T to this operation.

Due to recent events concerning the independent worlds, namely Galileo, and their decerned sovereignty from the houses. A meeting among the Defense Ministry and admiralty of the Crayter Navy was called. The tension between the houses of Kusari and Liberty have risen to a national security issue for the Crayter Republic. The aforementioned houses are encouraged by the Crayter Republic to resolve their disputes in a lawful and peaceful manor. As a precautionary measure, Liberty Navy assets will be barred from entering Crayter sovereign space with the explicate exception of TGA One for it's operation against the surging alien threat within our bordering systems. Though TGA Ones directives may have been reevaluated after recent events, we still hold true to our cooperation with our ally the Republic of Liberty, and the 46th fleet. The house of Kusari as also been given a like wise warning of entering baffin and the barrier pass.

Gentlemen, I do not know specifics but the crayter foreign ministry received a warning of kusari's rising tension against liberty from kusari's very own foreign minister, days in advance before the events of Galileo took place. Whatever happened it was planned, and from deep within kusari's political body.
