Agent Melusine,
I hope you recorded what we spoke of in detail, for I will not repeat it.
Please understand that we are interested in a mutually beneficial outcome despite our differences. If your team requires support, I will assist where I can, but my abilities are limited.
If anything comes of your investigation, I ask you pass it along via this encrypted channel. I will make recommendations to my superiors based on your findings.

COOPERATION
Bonjour,
Got that tip-off loud and clear, already immortalized in every way possible. If there is nothing more to provide about that, we will get to it as quick as our own manpower and plans allow so.
In the meantime, in our plans is to explore Kansas. You see, there are a lot of graves that were called ships before. And as you can tell, certain unwanted individuals can get their hands on them. What I propose is joint operation, as I assume, you have more enemies there, apart from our mutual ones. We will uncover what is can still be used and, what is more probable, utilize it.
Let me know both about anything you can add to your "story" and idea about Kansas. Or better yet, let's meet in Kansas, as you have time. I am sure we both can catch up to one another.
Until we meet eye to eye again,
Au revoir.

Agent Melusine,
I must admit, you have piqued my curiosity. There is some hesitation to cooperate overtly with your organization, but perhaps a joint mission in a deserted system is not the highest risk of actions.
I will advise my commander that I have an opportunity to conduct an intelligence gathering mission; which is not entirely untrue by the way. Once I've received approval to fly, I will conduct a patrol of Kansas. If we happen to bump into each-other there, it will be a happy coincidence indeed.

INVESTIGATION
Bonjour,
It was busy from the last time we made contact, but I have something to share with you.
First - regarding the tip-off you gave.
Flight to Kepler wasn't pleasant, but the dangers of it were not unexpected. Got in and got out alive. The assumptions made, though, are not quite clear, yet still concerning and relevant enough to be a breadcrumb. I will attach what have been discovered along the way.
The anomaly to the North of Kepler is, indeed, a phenomenon known by the public as a Jump Hole, the electromagnetic readings are similar to which are recorded near the more stable and usual ones;
Though this particular anomaly differs from the reading we can get near Collapsed Jump Holes, for example [REDACTED];
All the differences may or not occured from the envolvement of dark matter in the space around the observed phenomenon, at least said matter is known to be connected to other examples of big enough catastrophies involving Jump Gates and Jump Holes alike.
If we are to theorise, keeping in mind the data about wrecks of infected vessels that were found in that area of the system, our conclusion might be as facinating as concerning in the same time. The noted difference of Alberta's Jump Hole can lead us to assuming the low but not zero possibility of re-opening this passage. The information from those Wilds' wrecks themselves could be useful to point out a more accurate theory based on their goals.
We do not assume, that flooding Kepler with the dark matter is caused by this particular anomaly, yet theoretically it can be connected with this two occasions, as well as with the Blackout and similar catastrophe regarding the Dallas incident.
The theories you see are theories, but keep that in mind. Maybe it will come to a dead end, maybe it will lead us to our common enemy's conspiracy, maybe it will lead us to discovery of the Pulse's origin and purpose.
Speaking of, the second thing.
Sudbury is getting more and more active and we assume that the next place which is worth drawing attention to - is Coronado. For you that means be careful, you personally. Also this is a proposition to work together on the matters what are about to come in play, but we shall see what happens in the future and how we can organise this.
Until next time,
Au revoir.

Agent Melusine,
Firstly, I wish to thank you for your patience. I have been on special assignment for the past week, and just now have time to read your transmission.
The information you shared regarding the anomaly to the north of the Kepler system is of mutual interest. The Alberta system have been thought lost for a lengthy period of time, and an ability to possibly reopen and transit to the system in order to obtain information on what occurred within is worth pursuing; quite possibly for Liberty and the Order both. Not only might more information regarding the hyperspace pulse be gleaned, but Liberty has a national security interest regarding the system.
I believe the time is right to now contact my superiors with this information. Please maintain attention to this channel, as if any agreement comes of this, I will reply here with a more official message in the next few weeks. If not, well-- I imagine there is still room for continued collaboration, so long as it does not harm Liberty's interests.
I will have more to say on recent studies regarding the Coronado System after I receive clarification on what information is able to be disclosed.
Together, we might establish a shared understanding between our organizations, and put our differences aside to focus on the exohuman threat.
