Then if you did i can Promise you that i will use the Orbital Broadcast Network to Creat such a Public Outcry that all the Houses Will Drop on you like a hammer, and make the Litle Eradication of the Insurgency look like like a Childsplay in Comparison. And even if you should manage to run and hide i can promise you taht i put a bounty on your head that is so large that you will never be able to show your face in known Colonized space ever again without getting a Bulllet into your head imidiatly.

So now that this is Cleared lets talk about the passengers. To pay Ransom for Passengers is not the work of OS&C but the work of the insurance Department of Interspace Commerce. But i have already talked with the Responsible Ransom Agent of Interspace and they told me a Summ that they are willing to pay per Passenger. This would make it again important for me to know the exact number of the passengers that you have kidnapped and the name of the Ship they Traveld on. Once i have these Informations i can Talk further about the Ransom Summ. We also want to know were the Remains of the Crew are so we can start a R&R Opperation for them. And you better pray we at least find some of them alive.

My words stand as they are, and I can promise you they are more than just empty threats. But let us talk about the matter of the Passengers; your Punishment can wait for later. As I mentioned, I have talked with the Interspace Representative about the situation, and we have worked up a proposal. First of all, I have to inform you that the "Acosma" is not an OS&C Ship, it's rather a third-party contractor that pays a License to work under the Orbital Spa and Cruise Umbrella. So the people you killed were the "Little Man" that you pretend to care so much for.

Now then, to the Proposal. The ship had Ransom Insurance from Interspace, and the Representative and I have talked about it. The Insurance Policy pays out a fixed amount per passenger, and considering that you have around 500 Passengers more or less, Interspace is Willing to pay you 5 Million Credits for them all. That means 10.000 Credits in Ransom per passenger.

We also Further Propose that this Exchange will be handled by a Neutral Party; we propose MFE for this Job. These Zoner Doctors are widely known for their neutrality and are Trustworthy people that we have dealt with in the past. I will not risk handing you more Hostages or risking OS&C personnel. Also, I can't promise not to shoot you at the Spot should I ever encounter you myself. Therefore, MFE is in our Eyes the Best Option to have this Handover Safe and secure for all Sides.
