While I was raised in Liberty and have fond memories of Manhattan,
I'm now with the Union Corse.
We were pleased to learn that your government is open to our presence in Liberty space.

It seems our interests might align in these... turbulent times.
The whispers of conflict between Liberty and Kusari have not gone unnoticed,
and we all know how piracy can flourish in such chaos.
