[Systems] Kusari Navy Gunboats On Fire/Smoking Outside Junyo

Bug: Undamaged KuNavy Gunboats outside Planet Junyo in Shikoku seem to be on fire.

Reproduction Steps:

• Go to Planet Junyo in Shikoku
  
• Take a look at the static gunboats

Seems to be the same for the ones in New Tokyo as well.

This affects the Liberty gunboats, Britonian gunboats, and the Liberty siege cruisers in Magellan as well. Smoke and fire is coming from the forward guns of all the aforementioned.

Can't replicate. I've looked at each of these and can't see smoke on any of them. Is anyone else seeing this problem?

Can't replicate in SP, but does occur on the server. Weird shit. Attempting to investigate.

So these are probably all of solar archetype wplatform_ku_gunboat with loadout wplatform_ku_gunboat. The issue appears to be with the forward guns and this has ku_gunboat_forward_gun01 mounted to HpTurret_K5_01. Which is also what dsy_ku_gunboat_package is configured to give players buying this ship.
Although interestingly, dsy_ku_gunboat_package has dsy_ku_gunboat_hull which contains ship dsy_ku_gunboat, not ku_gunboat.
