[Server Config] Omega 49 - JD not working

Bug: Jump drives don't appear to work either entering or exiting Omega 49. Gives the message 'Jumping not possible'. Don't think this is intended.

Reproduction Steps:

• Step 1 - Log a ship with a JD (JD4 in my case).
  
• Step 2 - Type /Jump list
  
• Step 3 - Watch as the error tells you that you must fly manually instead to leave.

Was told by Haste it's fixed already. Resubmit this if it's still broken.
