Banned

Hi,
Yesterday I was trying to connect to the server and after several attempts at a connection a dialogue box came up telling me that the account had been banned. Just before this I had a similar problem where I couldn't log on to my trader character however I had no problems logging on to my Freelancer. Any help would be appreeciated, thanks. :)

EDIT: Whoops, forgot to mention the names of the characters, Robert_Crompton and Arthur_Bakewell are the characters on the account.

Suggest you sell your cargo, botts, batts, and unmount, and remount everything else on your ship.
Unbanned now.
