Good Day, Esteemed Government Officials

My name is Caitlyn Cross, and I am the Chairwoman of Orbital Spa and Cruise. A couple of Days ago, we noticed that the border Situation between Kusari and Liberty Haves had changed. Our Liner Reported Checkpoints and Increased Military Presence on both sides of the border. We want to ask for the Reason for these Measures and if they will impede the Flow of Passengers between the houses more than they already do in the future. Furthermore, we would like to ask if there are any new Laws or regulations for inter-house travel between Kusari and Liberty? Our Captains can only Avoid Incidents when they are well and truly informed about any Changes in Local Laws and Regulations.

Furthermore, we would Remind Both Sides of OS&C´s Neutral Status when it comes to Conflicts between the Houses, no matter what form they may take. We are also always willing to offer our Liners or Planets as Neutral Ground for talks or Negotiations, should this be wished for. Even with these Delays in Travel due to checkpoints and increased Military Patrols, we remain Dedicated to the Safe and speedy travel between the houses. We hope that the Relations between the Houses soon return to normal and these Travel Hurdles will be removed.
