DTR-Pablo.Cotto has been warned for:
Quote:2.2 - If you are killed or dock during a hostile player encounter, you must not re-enter the system or attack anyone involved in the encounter for 1 hour. Trade Ships docking during a hostile player encounter are not considered to have been "killed".
Consequences:
During a fleet fight that you were engaged in, you moved to dock whilst still in range of the fight. Under Rule 2.2, this means you are considered "PvP dead" and therefore cannot then undock and go back into the same engagement against the same players within the hour, which is what you then proceeded to do.
As we understand you have only recently returned, we are issuing you with this warning to remind you that this is against the rules and encourage you to avoid doing this again. If you are found to be breaking this rule in future, you will be sanctioned.
If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Sanction Thread below. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied. If you PM a staff or post in the sanction thread and you are not directly involved, you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbors, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of Admin Right #CTE 750AE
I am gratefuly you consider just a warning due to me just returend to the game,
I thought I were far enough to restock. This is definitely on me. I´ll keep that in mind in next encounter.
Would you mind providing the proof so i can see where exactly i broke the rules?
