Comrades!

We receive important information about construction base by Rheinland Military in Omega-11.

Commanding officers will need to review the situation in their sectors and, if possible, move to Omega-11 or send additional forces to Omega-11 if the situation in their zone allows such decision.

High Command also consider to send appeal message to civilian and retired pilots to mobilisate and take our side in this fight. If necessary, such pilots/ship commanders should receive equal and reasonable support and counts as allies.

If civilians (whether independent or part of the Corporation) take the Rheinland side, ship commanders/pilots may independently consider shooting them down if the situation requires.

This order takes effect immediately.
