Reproduction Steps:
Dock on Planet Gammu(95% chance) / Primus Outpost(50% chance)
Go to Bar and click Job Board
Zero AI missions
Undock and repeat above steps for same results
Additional Information: Same thing seems to happen for Freelancers, and Independent Pirates. Docking on Barrier Gate Station for Freelancers, and Providence Staiton for Independent Pirates will give missions for every other faction except for these two despite Darkstat listing a high chance for each of these factions to give missions. (Freelancers 40%. Independent Pirates 80%)
