NetterMizuno has been sanctioned for:

2.1 - You must provide sufficient roleplay before attacking another player, and give them enough time to react. This means at least two messages and 10 seconds delay before attacking.

Consequences:

You opened fire on a player with no prior engagement notice and then proceeded to spit at them in OOC chat afterward. This is unacceptable behaviour and a clear breach of the rules. As stated in rule 2.1 (quoted above), you must give an engagement notice and give your opponent time to respond before opening fire.

As we've verified that you are a new player, we've placed your ship in our jail system called Bastille. Please reply to this thread confirming that you understand the rules of the server and will not repeat this, then we will release you.
