I am Clifford Dale, Head of Procurement division of the Constellation. We are a small group of Zoners who decided to leave Freeport 1 in favor of building our own small paradise, that is our Lodge, essentially a Freeport, but more of a bar than a Freeport, actually.

We're slowly approaching the moment when we'll be able to host a public opening, but there are things we still have to manage. During the last week we've experienced several accidents that left us without several shipments of important hardware originating from Livadia.

Now that we're looking for a solution, we've decided to contact you. The Constellation has examined how a certain other group of Zoners utilizes your "Bulwark" Heavy Explorers, and we would like to order construction of 1 (one) "Bulwark" from you.

If the vessel performs according to our expectations, we will consider a possibility of using the "Bulwark" model as our mainline supply vessel.

Good afternoon Mr Dale,

My name is August Molitor, Director for the Financial Department here at Akutan Production Facility, and I will be handling this communication.

My apologies for the delay, as we did have to take some time in properly researching your organization. A Freeport - you might call it just a bar, but in my experience it is how you treat guests, not your facilities, that makes a Freeport - in the Alsace Passage is a bold enough move, especially since you are under the nominal purview of Rheinland law considering the station’s proximity to the battleship Altenburg.

I find it quite interesting that you have decided to try and source hardware from Livadia and not from Rheinland or, as could possibly be done, Gallia considering your location. The distance to Livadia is not very comfortable as I understand it, even if one might have certain benefits from established, known merchants as a Zoner might, and presents far more problems as far as pirates and navigational hazards. I find it fascinating that you have such connections to Livadia, though, considering your position at Freeport 1. As you’ve found, though, the Omegas are harsh, yes, but the Omicrons are far harsher.

In any case, we currently have several Bulwark-class Heavy Explorer hulls in the manufacturing process. The price for a hull would be 15.000.000 cr, to be sent to account Akutan. After we have confirmed payment and the vessel has been fully trialed and tested, ship transfer codes would be sent to you by secure line.

The requested amount is being transferred as I'm recording this message.

As far as I'm aware, our technical team has ordered several pieces of some very specific recreational equipment that is now produced almost exclusively on Livadia. Despite us having a hard time transporting these, we choose our suppliers carefully and prefer to avoid dealing with intermediaries, as this always comes with unexpected risks.

Additionally, we would like Bristol employees to possibly consider visiting our humble Lodge. While our establishment is still under construction, the bar area is already functional and able to accomodate limited seating.
