[Infocards] KNF ships in Shikoku are called "Weapons Platform"

Reproduction Steps:

• Play the game for once.
  
• Augh, sottoscrivete, etc
  
• Step 3 etc
  

Additional Information: They don't necessarily need actual names, like IKN Sakura Blossom or whatever the heck, but they could at least be called "Kusari Destroyer", "Kusari Gunboat", etc.

Looking around Ku02.ini it looks like they mostly *are* called 'Kusari Gunboat' or 'Kusari Destroyer'. There is Ku02_staging_21 which is KNF-owned, is a static ship (battlecruiser), and has no ids_name of its own, but it is parented to Hitokappu Logistics Depot...

Can't be fixed. Anything with WEAPON_PLATFORM object type will default to that naming scheme. That object type is necessary to allow it to properly track players who have turned neutral objects hostile, and also to govern respawn behaviour. Sadly, moving this to invalid.
