Samura Industries is resuming the mining and refining of Niobium.
Refining operations will be conducted at the Murasakiiro Refinery station, located in the Kyushu system, Sector C4.
At present, the station’s personnel consists of 1,100 employees. An industrial refinery has been built on-site to ensure the output of premium-quality Niobium. From here, the Niobium is supplied to the shipyards in New Tokyo for the production of engine components.
To process the toxic waste generated during Niobium production, a MOX Plant has been constructed on the station. This integration also provides the opportunity to significantly reduce expenses on purchasing MOX fuel.
For the production of oxygen and food, a hydroponics bay is in full operation. The finest varieties of Kyushu Rice are grown within these bays, using water supplied directly from Planet Kyushu. The hydroponics area is reliably isolated from the station's production compartments to prevent any contamination by toxic waste.
The station is equipped with 6 storage modules for holding raw ore, Niobium, and other resources necessary for the station's functioning.
