Rumors of your spark are true, we see it now after yesterday's run. The Conclave wishes to properly greet you back into the galactic stage, where now you can continue your great part in how this Sector develops. From this, we are sure you can succeed in achieving your goals and we wish you the best in doing that.

Now, I can go on about other pleasantries and comment on how beautiful this occasion is, but thats not the point of this message. I am here to talk about more technical stuff and present some enticing opportunities to fuel your fight against the current Rheinland goverment.

Yesterday's convoy has left our clients in Gallia satisfied. Good work. They had definitely ran through their supplies that we had delivered last cycle[1][2][3]. This mixed convoy from yesterday brought us great fortune and the Conclave is most impresed by it. They wish more of this, so we will form trade fleets between our Imperio and your Movement. Depending on what we trade, we can come to you or you to us, then we sell the goods to other House markets to build our wealth. After finishing the convoy, each transport sends 200 000 credits to the designated fleet commander of the convoy to distribute evenly among the escorts. We will have to fix some problems in these convoys however, as that first run had its share of issues.

Firstly, the convoy was too large and too loud. Regretably I saw that some of your pilots were lost in an engagement with Gallia forces. We will cover for this and send credits to you and the families affected by this.

Law enforcement will now be watching the corridor, It will make life harder for smaller traders to feed our channels. This threatens ours contacts in Gallia to shrivel up. They've got the stockpile for now and we will adapt new routes to them, but we must not let this happen again.

Secondly, the Deterrence cannot provide anymore capital escort for long range-convoys, the Elders forbid it. We will switch for lighter escorts - fighters, bombers and gunboats. We will try and put atleast 2 escort vessels in the convoys, I recommend you put some aswell for better security. Anything heavier we will use for convoys that pass through hot zones and are approved by the Conclave.

I expect you understand these points I've made. We can begin business as soon as you give us the signal in comms.

► Convoy Tactics
You’re right — the last one was too big, too loud, and too easy to spot. Smaller, staggered convoys are the way forward. Unioner haulers can handle compartmentalized cargo and work under falsified manifests.
We’ll rotate routes and transponders — make the law dogs chase ghosts instead of freighters.

► Escorts & Protection
If capital escorts are off the table, so be it. We’ll match your lighter cover with our own.
Expect Unioner bombers and interceptors to fill the gaps. We fight smart, not heavy.
Two escorts minimum, and one advance scout — that’s standard for us.

► Payment & Support
Two hundred thousand credits per transport for escort distribution — fair terms. Half of that will go to the families affected by the last run. The other half to maintain and refit our defense wings for future convoys.
We’ll send confirmation once the first payment clears.

► Route Security
Our contacts in Hamburg and the Sigma corridor are already monitoring patrol frequencies.
With your intel and our access to the worker routes, we can open safer paths into Gallia within days.
