Type: Systems Bug: High level Bristol patrols at Pacifica
Additional Information: There is a chance for a flight of rank 19 Bristol ships to spawn at Pacifica Base in Bering. They're very eager to aggro on whoever happens to be visiting at the time, but Pacifica and surrounding Unioner patrols will not retaliate.
