Sayuri.Ito has been sanctioned for:

2.1 - You must provide sufficient roleplay before attacking another player, and give them enough time to react. This means at least two messages and 10 seconds delay before attacking.
Note: Every form of RP is acceptable.

Consequences:

You engaged in PvP with engagement lines. Fine. However, you then disengaged, left to restock and came back, continuing to engage a second time without any further notice.

For the sake of clarity in an encounter, while disengaging and restocking with no visible dock notification to those involved technically isn't against the rules at current, coming back and opening fire without any notification is seen as engaging without appropriate RP, especially if it were a larger skirmish where tabs on deaths and new engagements can't reasonably be kept. You have been warned on this basis. Please make your presence known in the future.
