Allow me to introduce myself:

My name is Helmut Schmid and I am the founder and owner of Mining Factory Neuss, a Daumann Heavy Construction Enterprise, call sign MFN, headquartered in New Berlin now, near the Tradelane rings towards Frankfurt Jump Gate.

The reason I'm contacting you today:

A few weeks ago Rheinland Military was selling a Station, called Lichtenberg Station, and MFN has bought it.
I wanted to inquire about the current status of the station's quarterly fee. Its old name was Lichtenberg Station and got renamed to MFN Production Facility.

MFN would also prefer to pay for a whole year directly, rather than quarterly, to avoid unnecessary paperwork.

Furthermore, MFN would like to manufacture ship components and ship accessories in New Berlin.

If this requires external registration, we are happy to complete it same for our plans to move the Station closer to New berlin.

New Position of the Station

In the attachment, you can see the position we have chosen.

This has several reasons:

Firstly, it serves the safety of the station and all the workers and scientists stationed there.

Secondly, it helps MFN supply the station because the required route is reduced, which is very useful for our barge.

And we are giving Rheinland companies an additional docking point, which also provides greater security.

If you have any concerns or objections regarding the relocation of the station, please let us know.

Guten tag herr Schmidt.

The Rheinland Government has decided to accept the change in registration. Our databases will be updated to reflect the new name.

As for the fee, we appreciate the interest in lessening the government workload, however our procedure requires a quarterly fee. Retraining all our case workers and enforcement officers to accommodate one station will be cost us more then the savings in fees would. Therefore we will not change the quarterly fee structure.

Any outstanding fees should be paid in full to "Rheinland.Treasury.2".
