Drive Breach problem with large ships [Systems]

Bug: Drive Breach in New London does not allow large ships to transit

Reproduction Steps:

• Try to enter the Jump Breach with a large ship (gunboats, transports)
  
• Dock Denied
  

Additional Information: I actually do not know if this is actually a bug or if it is intended, so please inform me.
