I have been instructed to deliver you a package of sorts. Am I to inform the crew that we're inbound for Gran Canaria or where do you wish the transfer to take place?
With regards,

SENDER: FAdm. Nodoka Hanamura, Head of State, Utsunomiya Commonwealth RECIPIENT: Ria Hirayama, Mirai-Maru, Miyasu Zaibatsu SUBJECT: Exchange of Remains
Ah, so you must be Hirayama-san.
That being said, the name is Hanamura, not Hanamaru. I assume Sanae must have misspoke.. or something else, but no matter.
You and your crew will report to Sao Jorge Mooring Terminal, in orbit of Gran Canaria. The installation is property of OSI and is considered neutral territory for the exchange. The package should be two sets of human remains. Their condition, cremated or embalmed, is unknown to me. Regardless - you will surrender the remains personally to Master Sargeant Mitena Mizushiro, the CO of the 1st Honor Guard Section, UMC Navy - which will be recieving you at Gate 419, Terminal D.
We ask kindly that as part of ceremonial procedures, that you exchange the remains in accordance with standard military decorum. The remains in question are that of two people very important to me, and to our nation. We wish to treat them with the utmost dignity, respect and honor. That being said:
We ask you secure the bridge of your transport, as the honor guard comes aboard to inspect and secure the remains for transport. As we do so, we ask all non-bridge crew to stand along the exit and remain silent, preferably at attention (Without salute, of course) as the honor guard carries the remains to a nearby hover-dolly. At that juncture the XO will relieve you, and you are free to return to your ship and depart.
Please give Sanae-san my regards and further thanks.
