My name is Hector Booth, Captain of the Bristol cruiser Endeavor. Though I might not be visiting Pennsylvania all that much, I’m more than familiar with the issues of that system and those people. Because of this, Shackleton has asked me to liaise with you - just to clear things up, make things known. We’ve talked before though, and I’m sure we can have another such conversation.
I’m told the B|-BCV-Haudenosaunee and several other vessels helped shift an old cruiser into Pinnacle’s docks. I’m also told some of your fighters helped to make this happen, considering the Rogues that were trying to put a stop to it. I’d say you’re welcome, but I’m sure you are more than aware of the difficulties that’ll come from trying to bring that ship back into service. Another hull is another hull, though, and everything counts for something.
So. My understanding is, you want to help the people in Pennsylvania. That’s good. We’re working here, too, trying to bring a few hands together - Xenos included. I know you have problems with them, but Milford Station’s helping as well with things and I’m not one to refuse that option.
My suggestion is pretty simple. Keep us appraised so Cleveland’s operations don’t step on your toes, we'll keep our ships clear of yours and yours clear of ours, and if you need something moved discretely to Pinnacle, give a call. Just nothing too obvious, though.

Lieutenant Crow's AAR on the event passed my desk just this evening. I was waiting to get the facts straight first before I replied. Your proposal sounds right as rain, and I suppose with the shiny new lapels on my collar allow me to sign off on it myself, but I do have some questions and clarifications for you before we proceed.
The Reckoning has been relocated to Pinnacle, but to what end? As I understand it, she is currently moored with none having staked a claim to her yet due to the circumstances of her arrival. As it stands, Pennsylvania's rebels aren't sure if you're coming to collect, and charity is rightfully eyed with suspicion. So I'll be blunt - what are your intentions with the Reckoning? Of all our vessels we've attempted to recover following Tectarch West's retreat from Vespucci, cruisers and destroyer class vessels have proved the most problematic. We presently have in our possession one Scylla and two Archers, all of which require extensive stay in a full shipyard. I was the commanding officer of the Iblis herself while in exile, and can confidently she will almost certainly need to return to Dublin for a workover by her original shipwrights, but the present state of the system precludes that level of assistance. I don't need to explain what a problem the Archers pose.
A Hel is something we could more than likely work with regardless of her state, though I'll be the first to admit that I'm a strategist and not a grease monkey. If she is up for grabs, I'd like you to put her on hold for us. The question becomes, what, if anything, do you want in return? And if she isn't on the market, then what's the endgame, Hector?
As to the Xenos, we have an uncomfortable understanding in regards to the situation in Pennsylvania. Given our bloody history and Moretti's grandiose narcissism, trying to put together his own Commonwealth with no regard for the general welfare of the common anyone, it is accepted fact among our ranks that they will always be searching for a soft spot to stick the dagger.
Regardless, open confrontation with the Xenos in Pennsylvania at this stage would serve no purpose than to fracture and confuse the local resistance. We are, as you say, here to help. We will continue our military - paramilitary these days, I suppose - operations against them outside of Pennsylvania, and return fire only as a last resort in the theater as necessary. Whatever misgivings I have about Moretti, he isn't stupid enough to alienate the nascent Erie movement by shooting at the help.
On a final note, I would appreciate whatever information you have about the Rogue forces which attacked you, particularly guncam footage of the incident if any exists. While the Xenos can effectively attempt moral grandstanding, I do not want to allow Pennsylvania's fighters to forget that the help of a Rogue is a fickle thing, and nearly always at the behest of the almighty credit.

After some conversation with the Board, the goal with the Reckoning was simple; we obtained her in Kansas, moved her to Pinnacle, and gave up control to Pinnacle Station. We don’t want the vessel, frankly; Bristol has enough trouble as it is, and flying a pirate cruiser around isn’t good for our health. The ship’s gone back to her previous owners, though I’m sure that material could be moved to the Driftwood for the purposes of her restoration. From what I know, we’ve already inquired with the organization there, on if they have a list of materials.
But you asked, to what end? The end, in our eyes, has already been achieved with that hull. I understand why the salvage team decided against attempting to move the ship to a friendly, capable yard; the distance would be difficult, to say the least, and extremely hazardous as far as coming across lawful forces. As such, the ship was maneuvered to the individuals who originally owned her, operated her. It’s up to them what they want to do with the ship. If you feel like you can use her better than they, I’d suggest you ask them. We don’t want anything in return, though, not for this one.
As to your views on the Xenos, and the LFR, I won’t comment. That’s not my wheelhouse, to be put blunt. It is my understanding that the Milford Cooperatives are outside the purview of Fort Ramsey, generally speaking, and are operating under the general goals of the Xenos movement, not the goals of Ontario specifically. I appreciate your stance however, and your guarded nature given the history of the issue.
As to the issue of the Rogues, unfortunately guncam footage was sparse and the majority of the attention was placed on keeping the Reckoning steady with the tow cables. From what I’ve been told, they broke several times during the transit. I’ve attached a full transcript from the event, however. Be advised that during transit through the Dodge Asteroid Field to the Pennsylvania Jump Hole, damage occurred to B|-BCV-Haudenosaunee’s flight recorder.
