"For whole history of our Sol one thing were certain: there have always been fools and thinkers among humanity.
While fools huddled in their own worlds, shackled by fear, religion, and prejudice, elevating the unknown to an absolute and offering gifts and sacrifices to "the gods", the thinkers explored, discovered, invented, and tried to see the truth with their own eyes, bringing themselves closer to mastering time and matter. From the first machine to the first star, it was precisely those in whom the "spark" burned who led humanity forward.
And here we are. Surrounded by the cold cosmos, people have once again begun to fear the unknown, the hitherto incomprehensible, retreating into shelters and hoping to escape what may come. That very "spark" that once drove us forward has become a source of new fears.
We will no longer be afraid. Our unit’s mission is to achieve a level of technological and scientific superiority that will enable the Order to protect humanity from internal and external threats for many years to come. We are the thinkers of this century.
Our goal is to investigate, dissect, and eradicate."

CINCINNATUS SECOND VOID DIVISION
Military Scientific Order Second Void Division named after Roland Quintaine (Full name)
Quintaine's Division // Second Division (Among Order agents, unofficially)
Section-834 (Among allies of the Order)
Cincinnatus Second Void Division (also known as: Second Division, Quintaine's Division and Section-834) is a Scientific-Military unit within the Order's structure, performing a whole range of tasks in the exploration of habitable space, known anomalies, control over the exchange of technologies in the Sirius sector, xenoarchaeology, and the invention of new technologies used within the Order's structure and among their partners.
Second Division's primary agenda is:
Investigate: All mysteries of the Sirius sector must be unraveled. Questions must be answered. The Order must be at the forefront of research discoveries and scientific advances. We must be first in everything.
Dissect: No matter how complex a technology, we must study it and harness it. Whether it's the protective field around the planet Jericho or the unknown structure in Earhart, there's a solution to everything. And the Division must find that solution so that the technology serves us and us alone.
Eradicate: Some technologies and knowledge are dangerous to all of humanity. We must ensure that our enemies do not obtain the "forbidden fruit" that could lead to the destruction of our species. No one but the Order can comprehend the full scale of the danger posed by human vices. Known factions must balance among themselves, and if someone exceeds the permissible limit, then we will do everything to ensure that their achievements become ours, or do not go to anyone at all.

Omnipresent, omniscient, and striving for truth - the Cincinnatus Second Void Division returned to the beginning of the events of the coming Second Omicrons War.
The First Omicrons War began immediately after the Fall of Toledo. The taut thread of tension in the Omicrons snapped precisely at the moment when humanity's only bastion fell under the blows of the Core and the Nomads who had arrived for the battle. The victory of one human over another turned into a victory for the aliens over all of humanity.
Disgraced, dishonored, and left with virtually nothing, the people of the Second Division that year saw their 14 years of glory, which began in 805 A.S., cut short by the negligence and carelessness of themselves and their commanders, who allowed what had happened. Lost in their game of gods, they overlooked the growing threat of the Core and the evolution of the Nomads. Having shared the burden of guilt with many others, they began to exert every effort to restore the Order to its former glory.
The path was not easy. The tenacity of the Division's remnants allowed them to emerge from the darkness and achieve the return of their unit to the ranks. Faced with new threats, they realized their time was not yet over: the coming Second Omicron War had become a calling for them all. It was no longer a question of reviving the unit, but of winning this war and all subsequent ones.
The darkness deepens. Enemies are everywhere. Old alliances are unreliable, and new ones are untested. The structures of Daam-K'Vosh are awakening from their slumber, humans are doing everything in their pathetic quest to achieve victory at the cost of the destruction of all humanity, and the Nomads are feasting on the bones of those who perished in Omicron Zeta.
Someone must become the Beacon of Humanity. And it will be a William Scott's people.
