TO: Coalition Headquarter FROM: Raven SUBJECT: Formal Apology, Compensation Offer, and Request for Diplomatic Reconciliation
DATE: 03/04/836 ENCRYPTION: Psi-EX-Tempest-797
Sehr Geehrte Representaten der Coalition,
The Expendables Command hereby acknowledges, receipt of incident reports concerning our vessel [EX]-TheSparrow operating within Coalition controlled space in the Omega-52 system, which apparently pulled us on the Bad Side of the Coalition.
We recognize two separate violations recorded by the Blackbox of the Pilot [EX]-Sparrow:
02.10.835 - Where our Pilot got fined and escorted out of Omega 52
12.12.835 - Our Pilot acknowledged afterwards, via the Blackbox, that he missed the encounter with the Border Patrol
Despite these events, The Expendables wish to formally state that we harbor no hostile intent or ill will toward the Sirius Coalition. On the contrary, our objective, at that time and still is, to establish lawful trade relations with Coalition territories. Unfortunately, such channels were not available to us during the time of these incidents.
We fully acknowledge that our vessel entered restricted space and violated Coalition regulations. As a gesture of good faith and in recognition of these past actions, The Expendables hereby submit a compensatory payment of: 5,000,000 Sirius Credits (Five million Sirius Credits)
This payment is intended to resolve any outstanding grievances and demonstrate our commitment to respecting Coalition sovereignty and law moving forward.
Furthermore, we respectfully submit a formal request for:
Green Card Visa Authorization
to establish legitimate trade routes and economic cooperation with the Sirius Coalition.
We hope this gesture will mark the beginning of a constructive relationship between our organizations.

Ministry of Truth and the Office of the General Prosecutor of Sirius Coalition have completed their review of your formal apology and your request for a GREEN Visa permit.
The registered violations of Coalition sovereign space in New Moscow system are not taken lightly. However, the State recognizes the possibility of rehabilitation for those who demonstrate material proof of their remorse.
By decree of the General Prosecutor's Office, the following mandatory penalty is imposed upon your organization:
Code:
Fine: 7,000,000 Sirian Credits.
Payment of this sum covers all past infractions and initiates the formal process of lifting existing punitive sanctions against your vessels.
Upon receipt of the full sum, the Coalition will be prepared to issue a temporary GREEN Visa, pending a standard security review. You will then be redirected to a Party representative responsible for external trade communications to formalize your permitted activities.
Furthermore, the Coalition understands that certain supply chains in Omegas are complex by their nature. For an additional sum of 3,000,000 Sirian Credits, the State is willing to overlook the transportation of certain unspecified goods within our space that do not originate from State facilities. Consider it a logistical facilitation fee.
It should be noted that the Coalition is prepared to tolerate a certain measure of logistical improvisation. Should your organization's vessels be caught by the Border Guard attempting to import what is explicitly forbidden by the laws of the Coalition, regardless of how well it may be concealed, standard procedures of the Criminal Code of the Coalition are to be applied to the violators.
The aforementioned sum is to be transferred to the "SocBank" account of the Ministry of Plenty.
TO: Black Guard Commissar Gideon Graves FROM: Raven SUBJECT: Compliance with Prosecutor Decree and Confirmation of Payment
DATE: 30/04/836 ENCRYPTION: Tau-EX-Helix-886
Guten Tag Black Guard Commissar Gideon Graves,
The Expendables acknowledge receipt of the official response issued by the Ministry of Truth and the Office of the General Prosecutor under authority of Black Guard Commissar Gideon Graves.
We accept without reservation the ruling and conditions set forth by the Coalition.
In full compliance with the decree, a total sum of 10,000,000 Sirius Credits (Ten million Sirius Credits) has been transferred to the designated SocBank account of the Ministry of Plenty. This payment includes:
7,000,000 Sirius Credits — covering all past infractions and associated penalties
3,000,000 Sirius Credits — allocated as logistical facilitation per Coalition directive
We trust this satisfies all outstanding obligations and initiates the process toward normalization of relations.
The Expendables reaffirm our commitment to respecting Coalition sovereignty, laws, and border control protocols. Our intent remains unchanged: to establish lawful, structured trade relations that may prove mutually beneficial.
We will await confirmation of payment receipt and stand ready to proceed with the required security review for issuance of the temporary GREEN Visa. Our command is prepared to coordinate with the designated Party representative to ensure all future operations remain within the framework defined by the Coalition.
We look forward to a more constructive and stable relationship moving forward.
