I have an INDIPENDENT TRADER ID but during game everyone say i'have a POLICE TAG.
Can anyone tell me how to solve this bug???

That is a simple matter of you police rep being too high, simply use /droprep (costs 375k ish i am given to understand) or if you dont have the money, kill some police NPCs.

Simply use
/droprep
command (it needs credits) to get rid off Police affiliation ...
Edit: and its not bug
