Should the Spatial be given a specified CD slot?

So, I just got a Spatial with a character whose role-play is that he has to get bounty money to be able to purchase an experimental drug to stay alive. I put an SNAC in the one Torp slot, but i'm just worried they will just try to run and I won't be able to do squat except shake my fist angrily shouting "I'll get you next time!". If I take away the SNAC I probably wouldn't be able to kill them if they don't try and flee.

According to the Discovery Wiki the Spatial has much more power than the bomber. Should it be given a specific slot for a Cruise Disruptor?

Iirc, it's massive power+regen +2xM would make it a bit too good at blowing up big stuff if it had a CD?

it simply isnt a bomber, it has more armour and 6 guns + 3(?) turrets, plus a huge bag of botts, different ship entirely to a bomber.

It encourages teamwork. Have a friend nearby who can CD the target and keep him at impulse speed while you land your SNACs.

True, and I see now that the SNAC would not be a big lose. As Sindroms pointed out, if I have the CD instead then chaos can ensue.
