Hello all!

I'm still trying to sort out the steps required to become an official faction once .86 is released. But some more information was just brought to my attention. I'm not sure if I was supposed to have the 500 mil deposit ready when I made this thread or not... We don't have those funds yet, but we're working on it and hope to have it in the next few days.
