Thank you QV and Diablo for that...I usually use Private for that but sometimes there are extrenuating circumstances as in I am being shot at or talking with about four other people (It happens) but then you're all right private is the best for that sort of thing.

And as in noobs being flamed, don't flame them unless they refuse to RP and refuse to follow the rules that's my opinion...

Example of noob who deserves to be flamed:
"hay how doo I mine 4 phish heer?"
"Please read the server rules at discoverygc.com. We take this very seriously."
"no i wont follo ur stupud gay ruls go suk dik what u gona do ban me?"

Example of newbie who does not know the rules but deserves to stay:
"Hey, just got on the server. It seems you have a pretty cool community here. Do you have server forums?"
"Please read the server rules at discoverygc.com. We take this very seriously."
"Ok, I will do that. Anything else I should know?"
"Yes, we ask all players to roleplay at all times unless in the New York system or in private chat. Thank you for being a kind and considerate player."

Good point, but Usually people don't talk that extremly rofl. But people wich such a disregard for role player and who can't bother to type good kinda deserve it...
