Monty Rizzo, born on Denver to a pair of Libertonians, decended from "Italian-American" heritage, the ansestors of the family were lucky last-minute additions to the Sleeper Ship "Liberty"'s manifest, Monty was diagnosed early in life with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), two dominant personalities were present within his own mind, Monty himself, and a darker and more bloodthirsty personality he simply calls "Phil".
His parents unfortunately did not have the funds to provide treatment for their mentally tormented son, so they tried to make do with what they had, trying to keep Monty under control, this did not sit well with Monty as he grew older, slowly becomming more violent, talking to himself more often and even making "Agreements" with the other personality for a partnership control of the body, Monty would listen to his suggestions and carry them out while Phil would "Be his Friend".
When he was 18, he finally comitted the final stroke in his young life as he knew it, at the insistance of "Phil", he took a knife and brutally murdered his Parents in the middle of the night, fleeing before anyone could discover the body.
Over the next 3 years he lived on the streets, killing whoever he could get away with, when he was 21 he managed to kill the pilot of an Eagle Very Heavy Fighter while he was set down and stole his ship, eventually meeting up with several people who identified themselves as the Cartel, they offered him a place in their organization.
So for the next several months Monty worked for the Cartel as a low-ranking Hitman, until he and another member of the Cartel met up with acouple LSF Very Heavy Fighters, after driving them off they had to deal with several large scale attacks immediately afterwords, working together they took down Twenty-Three vessels, Fighters, Bombers and even several Gunboats.
This caught the attention of the higher ups in Cartel and he was promoted to Made Man, he became one of their top Hitmen and as insane as he was, it seemed to aid in his fighting abilities, becomming a "Demon" on the battlefield as he took his prey down.
Since then Monty has been assigned to Escorting the Cartel's Cardamine Smugglers and helping keep the Cardamine Trade Passage Secured from possible threats to Cartel shipping.
