Comapring OPG TBH and Benitez is impossible in my opinion. Each factions takes diffrent range of activity. Correct me if im wrong, but Benitez are more diplomacy orantied, TBH military orantied and OPG pirate. So you cant just comapre which is better in what, seems each faction does diffrent things.
