Stacy Winters was an ex-Bretonian intelligence agent, not a bad pilot in a ship, even more deadly face to face. Trained to covertly dispatch targets that may be of any threat to the royal family, Stacy was a force to be reckoned with in a fair fight.

She had been born on Planet Cambridge to two unimportant traders in 790AS, and had entered the BAF by the age of fourteen, by the age of seventeen she had passed the Cadet rank and was given control of her very own ship.
By the age of 21 she had caught the eye of the Bretonian Intelligence Service.
Her first assignment was to assist the Libertonian forces in the Inauguration of President Powell, to which she was recognised and praised by her peers and superiors.
Within the year she was serving by working undercover, working mainly on her charm to gain respect and information.
She alone had been responsible for the downfall of several Cardimine dens and Artifact smuggling rings.

Sadly when the war started in 814AS she was captured by Kusarian forces and left on Fuchu prison for interrogation.
For two years the KNF and KSP tortured her for confidential information about Bretonia.
For two years she viciously fought back, at times she had become more animal than human.
Her prison records show that she killed more than three hundred people in her time there, inmates and guards.
She was condemned to rot there for eternity.
The only reason she was never executed was because she had a head full of knowledge of Bretonian secrets.

In the middle months of 816AS she was called to be moved to Battleship Myoko for an experimental brainwashing program, held secretly by a few scientists in the holding cells of the Battleship.
Their plan was, to make her think she was an enemy of Bretonia, and reveal all the secrets.
They succeeded in making her into an enemy of the House of Bretonia, but also an enemy to democracy.

Due to a lapse in security, Miss Winters escaped that day, cut through thirty four men before stealing a Dragon and making a break for Kelper.

She had escaped and returned to Bretonia, she lived under a false ID and worked out her plan to unite with the Coalition forces, where she was born to serve.
She had to gain their trust, so she obtained a small list of High Value Targets. Targets that were specifically dangerous to the coalition, to be dispatched of as soon as possible. She poured over the data-pad and selected five targets at the top of the list, five targets she knew she could get.
Soon she would make a significant dent in the Bretonian political structure...
