I do apologise, I didn't know that was the case.
No matter if it is though, it doesn't change things. The Zoners are supplying Bretonia's enemies but also helping Bretonian people too. It falls to the QCP to choose which is better or worse. No one can make that choice for them - A choice that would be hard to make inRP.
In terms of re-supplying I'd say Junker bases and Bretonian bases unnofficially. Bretonians would still like the QCP and secretly support them after all.

And it's reasonable RP to "discover" this friendly relationship. All you have to do is follow them back to their base.

Plus with the order now seding part of their fleet into o49, i dont know how in RP, a bunch of rag-tag militia pirates could go up against one of the most advanced and powerful fleets in sirius.

One, the QCP doesn't use Zoner bases. Period. Hasn't since SNACs and other high-end equipment appeared in places other than Zoner bases (in/near Bretonia). Outside of repping (which requires docking on battleships), we currently dock primarily on two bases, neither of which are BAF.

Two, the Order sending a defense fleet to Omega-49 is one of the most absurd things to ever happen in Discovery. So, the Zoners are getting attacked by a small group of pirates whom they already massively outnumber, so the Order decides to take a break from fighting the nomads to send a fleet all the way across Sirius to help them? Please.

As strange as this might sound: in my opinion this is the case. By supporting both sides of a confilict, the Zoners are keeping the war machineries hot. Driven by their greed they cause death and distress on both sides. Really bad. Get them down, brave privateers!
