I'm not a BowEx, but I'd say Kusarians is a safe bet.. You know, considering that's who Bretonia is at war with. And BowEx is a Bretonian company.. And because pirating anyone else wouldn't make much sense.

We fly privateers, when we're pirating. And then, we pirate everyone who flys through NT, Kyushu, or Honshu, with goods. If you're heading from bretonia to Kusari in Tau, we steal your goods, too.

Basically, here's the pitch: if you're shipping through kusari, you're not shipping to us, but to our competitors, who we are, furthermore, at war with. Its faster to go through rhienland in all but 1 route....sooo...yeah. Trade in Kusari is not for us.

And you do it with BowEx id or you use that privateer id?

Privateer ID, Bowex IFF. It's a pain to rep because you need maxed BAF Guard rep to buy the ID, then you have to reset it once you've got it and get Bowex rep. Very fiddly, but you can have a lot of fun.
