The Angels sponsored their first mini event this past weekend with a race from Planet Erie to Beaumont Station in Texas. The race was for level 40 and under. We had a small turnout of about 5 players, but it was fun and worked well as an impromptu event for the new folks.
Big thanks to the LNS San Francisco for providing security and monitoring any unsavory behavior by race participants. Players were awarded 1M for first, 750k for second, and 500k for third. Results were:
First place - "speedy"
Second place - "Pakkela_Etis"
Third place - forgot his name but he got lost in Penn and was never seen again. Was nice and gave him third for effort.
