Moloch has been sanctioned owing to a report posted for:

5.10 Disconnecting from the server in a PvP fight to escape, as well as in any other situation that involves player interaction, is not allowed. If you lose server connection during a player interaction, you should get back in game quickly to continue the interaction, with the other player's permission. If that is not possible, then post on the forums and PM the players involved.

Consequences:
Fined all credits.

Dear Sir,

I need your help! One of my characters, Moloch, have been sanctioned because of using F1 in combat I do not recall such an incident. Once in encounter with Colonial I've lost connection and I excused for it on system chat. I have lost 600 mil credits with took me about 80h of playing. I think that that kind of punishment is to serious. Instead of making me not do it in future demotivate me. You took all that I was working so hard. After such a loss I don't even want to play Dico any more.
Maybe there is a chance to resolve that matter in a different way. My suggestion would be to strip my ship to the bone, ban me for 14 days or even both. But please do no took my time spend on Disco.
Awaiting anxious for your response.

Regards,
BW

Let me add that I am one of the Colonials. We have evidence you have done this two times, and none of us ever got any "sorry" message about your connection. Been it once, I would believe you, but seeing it twice a day just to not lose your cargo, no sorry.

That fine is not correct and it appears to be the result of a data entry error. I have amended the fine to approximately 100 million.

I have re-reviewed the evidence and the sanction otherwise stands. If you can provide some evidence that you notified the player you were interacting with then I'll reconsider this.

Unfortunately I have no proof of my router crash. Never the less I have send massage on system channel. Next time I if that will happen I will contact person on mail box.
I accept that kind of sanction.
