Are Hogosha allowed to trade with non GMG bases in Okinawa?

Well, the infocards say the Hogsha are terrorising all the station construction projects that are contacted to corporations located outside of Kusari. Considering Hogsha saboteurs are out and about blowing chunks out of the infrastructure I doubt they'd be welcome anywhere in the system. Especially considering it's the GMG's wallet that's being cut into by the bomb induced delays.

oh gosh, i have docked at both the interspace and the kishiro base.
righht the GMG are nemies, but kishiro or the decadent libertonians, why not, we tell them we are a samura train and thats that, was there a DSE base as well? noone ever protested about Roppongi, chukougate or shinegawa before, so why should it be different in okinawa?

maybe you cant dock your fighter or bomber there, but a transport, why not, rogue and lanehacker transports dock at manhatten.

Well, when the infocards specifically say the Hogsha are sabotaging the stations there, I doubt the owners are going to be particularly friendly to the Hogsha, regardless of shape or size.

And the reason no-one's ever complained about Roppongi, the Chukou Gate or Shinegawa is that Hogsha members aren't actively planting bombs on them in an attempt to blow them up. Take it up with the people that made Okinawa.
